Terms & Conditions – Joining & Exit
(Applicable to NAACMatrix – Qodum Technologies Pvt. Ltd.)
1. Appointment & Joining
Employment with NAACMatrix shall commence only after issuance and acceptance of an official appointment letter and completion of all joining formalities as prescribed by the Company.
2. Probation & Confirmation
Employees may be placed on probation as mentioned in the appointment letter. Confirmation of employment shall be subject to satisfactory performance and management approval.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
Employees are expected to perform assigned duties diligently and comply with all Company policies, guidelines, and lawful instructions.
4. Working Hours & Conduct
Employees must adhere to prescribed working hours, attendance norms, and maintain professional conduct and ethical behavior at all times.
5. Resignation & Exit
Resignation shall be effective only upon formal acceptance by the Company. Employees are required to submit resignation through official communication channels and comply with the applicable notice period, if any.
6. Full and Final Settlement
The Full and Final (F&F) settlement, including salary dues (if any), shall be processed within 60 (sixty) days from the effective date of resignation, subject to completion of exit formalities, internal approvals, and statutory compliance, strictly as per Company policy.
7. Salary & Incentives
Release of final salary is subject to submission, verification, and approval of final work / calling reports by the reporting manager.
Incentives, commissions, or variable pay are applicable only to active employees and shall not be payable after resignation.
8. Exit Formalities
Employees must complete all exit formalities, including work handover, submission of reports and data, and departmental clearances. Failure to do so may result in delay or withholding of settlement.
9. Communication Policy
All HR and official communication must be conducted only through authorized company email. Informal communication channels are not recognized for official or settlement-related matters.

10. Policy Amendments
NAACMatrix reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at its discretion, subject to applicable laws.
